Living with prediabetes and type 2 diabetes can be challenging, but Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield has programs to help members manage their condition and improve their health. With our Diabetes Care program by Onduo, eligible members can access tools, personalized coaching and clinical support to take control of their type 2 diabetes. Diabetes Care is included in all Arkansas Blue Cross health plans at no additional cost to the member.

A personalized approach

When it comes to managing prediabetes and type 2 diabetes, one size does not fit all. We've developed three programs to best meet the needs of your employees.

Prevention

Type 2 diabetes is avoidable in many cases. Our Prevention program identifies at-risk employees and personalized coaching help them take steps to improve their health through a healthy weight campaign.

Management

Managing type 2 diabetes doesn't have to be complicated. The Management program provides tools, education and a virtual care team to make it easier for members with type 2 diabetes to better manage their health.

Intervention

For at-risk employees, type 2 diabetes can quickly lead to serious complications. Our Intervention program is designed to give them the intensive, personalized help they need to get their condition under control.
